Our attention has been drawn to unscrupulous individuals engaging in the following illegal activities;
1. Illegal water connection – Having access to our water services without a duly acquired water connection and not paying for the service.
2. Illegal sewer connection – connecting yourself to the company’s sewer system without following the appropriate procedure and not paying for the service.
3. Directing storm water into the sewer system which is designed for domestic and industrial waste water.
We urge you to regularize your water and sewer connection by visiting our office for official application for the services
failure to which, you will be subject to penalties.
